Background
The Marine Forces Reserve is requesting quotes for parachute operation services in the vicinity of Camp Shelby, MS. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
The contract requires parachute operations support in the form of 49 blade hours related to Military Free Fall and Static Line Parachuting Techniques. The requirement consists of 49 hours of support throughout the Continental United States (CONUS). It includes detailed requirements for suitable aircraft, facilities, drop zones, overnight storage facility, safety equipment, and period of performance.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall provide aircraft services for 12 months, from 01 June 2022 – 31 May 2023 given at least 20 days’ notice. Flying time and training days will not exceed 12 hours per day.

Place of Performance
The primary drop zone is in the vicinity of Camp Shelby, Mississippi. Secondary drop zones include Fort McClellan (Anniston), Alabama; Camp McCain (Grenada), Mississippi; Camp Blanding, Florida; Smyrna, Georgia; and Eglin AFB, Florida.
