Background
The Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), Europe Middle East (E-ME) has a cost share obligation for security services with the L. Sakvarelidze National Center for Disease Control and Public Health (NCDC) at the Richard G. Lugar Center for Public Health Research in the Republic of Georgia.
