Palomar Secure Communications System 3.0 Sustainment Effort

This contract award is for Special Operation Forces/Personnel Recovery (SOF/PR), Requirements type, to provide support and sustainment of the Palomar Secure Communications System (SCS) 3.0 on the C-130J aircraft. The contract utilizes Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).

The resultant contract has a period of performance of 5 (5) years.

The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintainstrict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
