Name Brand Justification.

Background
The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Leavenworth is issuing a justification for the procurement of specific brand-name hardware and software to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) network infrastructure.

The goal is to maintain operational performance, security, and ease of management without incurring additional integration costs.
