Background
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is responsible for securing the borders of the United States and facilitating lawful international trade and travel. This procurement aims to update existing equipment and enhance the U.S. Border Patrol's (USBP) biometric collection operations to support CBP's mission requirements. The contract is a firm fixed price (FFP) for mobile palm scanners, fixed palm scanners, and related equipment.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following equipment:
- Mobile Palm Scanners: 102 units
- Mobile Palm Scanner Cases: 102 units
- IB Certified Cables: 102 units
- Fixed Palm Scanners: 76 units
Total Quantity: 382 units.

**Specifications for Mobile Palm Scanner:**
