Painting, Paving, and Roofing IDIQ   4

Background
This solicitation is for a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with firm fixed price task orders for minor construction and maintenance and repair to real property facilities.

The purpose of this procurement is to provide a contract vehicle to accomplish work broadly classified as Painting, Paving, and Roof Repair at Naval Station Rota, Spain (NAVSTA Rota) and other U.S. installations on the Iberian Peninsula.

The agency aims to ensure that necessary renovations, repairs, and new construction can be efficiently managed under this contract.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Demolition tasks such as removal of asphalt, aggregate base, concrete wheel stops, storm drain headwalls, sidewalks, and reinforced concrete slabs.
2. Earthwork for constructing roads, sidewalks, storm sewer piping, manholes, drainage channels, and grading.
3. Installation of storm drainage systems including various sizes of storm sewer piping and catch basins.
4. Bituminous asphalt pavement work including crack sealing, pavement repair, overlays, and treatments.
5. Pavement markings including obliteration of existing markings and installation of new road markings and traffic road reflectors.
6. Cast in place concrete work for sidewalks and slabs.
7. Roofing tasks involving removal and installation of various roofing materials such as metal roofing ridges, built-up roofing, polymeric asphalt sheet roofing, and waterproofing joints.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed at Naval Station Rota in Spain and other locations on the Iberian Peninsula including Moron Air Base in Spain and National Support Elements in Madrid, Valencia, Spain; and Lisbon, Portugal.
