Background

Work Details
The project scope includes the following tasks: painting the interior and exterior stucco walls of one greenhouse to prevent water intrusion. The contractor must complete the task timely and achieve a completion rate of 100%. The work will be monitored through 100% inspection, with incentives for exceptional performance and penalties for missed tasks.

All labor, materials, equipment, maintenance, tools, travel, supervision, and other necessary items must be provided by the contractor. The contractor is also required to utilize bio-based products as much as possible without compromising quality.
