Paint Booth Renovation Bldg 99, Spangdahlem Air Base

Background
The Spangdahlem Air Base, part of the United States Air Force, has a requirement for the renovation and upgrade of a paint booth located in Building 99. The goal of this contract is to enhance safety standards and operational efficiency within the facility, which is crucial for their corrosion control operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Removal of the existing Walk-In blasting booth that does not meet safety standards.
2. Upgrading the Paint Booth to a three-stage filter system.
3. Repairing the faulty fire suppression motherboard and the center roll-up door that does not meet Bio Environmental NESHAP standards.
4. Installing an air shower on the Paint Booth to comply with transition requirements for the Corrosion Control Facility in Building 99.

The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, instruction manuals, transportation, and other items required for these renovations. Additionally, they will dismantle and remove existing equipment safely, manage hazardous materials as per provided technical guidance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
