The contractor shall provide all non-personal services, management, tools, supplies, and labor necessary to
perform maintenance and repairs of all equipment listed in the "Instruction to Offers" section of the RFQ and appendices of the PWS at the 435 CTS in a manner that will ensure safe and continuous operation. The intent of this contract is the safe
operation and to avoid major repairs through the implementation of routine maintenance.

a. Background: The Government is soliciting a Request for Quotation to identify companies as potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to respond to the requirements competently and competitively. The contractor shall provide maintenance on Paint Booth, Blast Booth, Blast Cabinet, and Paint-Gun Cleaner located at 435 CTS, Bldg. 713 IAW the manufacturer's recommended schedules to ensure reliable and continuous safe operation. The maintenance shall be performed IAW standard commercial practices, technical guidelines and the manufacturer's most current recommendations. The contractor shall submit maintenance reports, as shown in paragraph 1.5 of PWS. Only companies/personnel trained/certified and authorized by the manufacturer for the service as required shall perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Please See attached PWS & RFQ pdf.

b. Program Requirements: All services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and follow all applicable German and EU laws in their current version and conform to standard commercial practices.

Background

The intent of this contract is to ensure the safe operation of maintenance on Paint Booth, Blast Booth, Blast Cabinet, and Paint-Gun Cleaner located at 435 CTS, Bldg. 713. Maintenance will be performed according to the manufacturer’s recommended schedules to ensure reliable and continuous safe operation.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all non-personal services, management, tools, supplies, and labor necessary for maintenance and repairs of all equipment listed in the 'Instruction to Offers' section of the RFQ and appendices of the PWS at the 435 CTS.

Maintenance shall be performed in accordance with standard commercial practices, technical guidelines, and the manufacturer’s most current recommendations. The contractor must submit maintenance reports as outlined in paragraph 1.5 of PWS. Only trained/certified personnel authorized by the manufacturer shall perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Services include:
- Maintenance work performed on specified equipment
- Repair and/or replacement parts if necessary
- Documentation including inspection dates, system data (serial number, year of manufacture), results of inspected components, overall condition of equipment
- Informing 435 CTS POC about available system upgrades or changes in technical/safety requirements
- Compliance with German and EU laws as well as environmental management systems.

Place of Performance
Kaiserslautern Military Community area; specifically at 435th Construction and Training Squadron (435 CTS) – Ramstein.
