The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD), is issuing this DRAFT Solicitation for Management of Medical Records Support and Transcription Services for the Medical Records Division of the Patient Administration Department (PAD) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. This is only a DRAFT Solicitation No. HT001424R0004.
Project Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide Management of Medical Records Support and Transcription Services to support the Medical Records Division of the PAD at WRNMMC. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Management of Medical Records Support & Transcription Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS.
DO NOT SUBMIT A PROPOSAL in response to this DRAFT Solicitation. The purpose of this draft is to inform industry and to gather industry feedback prior to release of the final solicitation. All information received in response to this DRAFT Solicitation that is marked proprietary will be handled accordingly.
In preparation for the formal solicitation, please see the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), PWS, and other pertinent documents. Interested parties are highly encouraged to review the Draft documents and submit any questions via email to the POC's listed below no later than 5:00 pm EST on 30 November 2023. Submitting questions early will provide additional time to answer your questions and respond prior to final solicitation.
