Background
This justification for an exception to the Fair Opportunity process is being conducted on behalf of the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 5. - Change Healthcare Enterprise Viewer deployment services, training webinars, IT Services BCDR for disaster recovery planning and testing, and other related services.

The total estimated value of this Delivery Order is $1,234,251.72.
