PACS Upgrade for National Capital Region (NCR)

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support, Medical Supply Chain, Capital Equipment Division is the contracting activity. The justification for an exception to fair opportunity (JEFO) is for the purchase of a mid-cycle refresh of the hardware and software for the existing Agfa Healthcare (Agfa) Digital Imaging Network - Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (DIN-PACS) in the National Capital Region on a sole source basis.

Work Details
This requirement includes DIN-PACS hardware and software upgrades for existing Agfa DIN-PACS installed at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH), and Joint Base Andrews - Malcolm Grow Medical Clinics and Surgery (MGMCSC). The acquisition also includes the necessary migrations and implementation services to install and implement the upgrades. Implementation services also include training, both on-site and remote. The items are available on Agfa’s DIN-PACS contract SPE2D1-16-D-0013, which expires August 11, 2026.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this delivery order will be based on the contract expiration date of August 11, 2026.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH), and Joint Base Andrews - Malcolm Grow Medical Clinics and Surgery (MGMCSC) in the National Capital Region.
