PACRM MAC Naval Aviation Helicopter Training Program Curriculum Revision and Maintenance Program Task Order (TO) Request for Proposal (RFP)   2

Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has the requirement to support the Naval Aviation Helicopter Training Program (Navy Helo) Curriculum Revision and Maintenance program. This acquisition is necessary to ensure the currency and accuracy of the training programs curriculum and electronic classroom systems. NAWCTSD intends to award a single award Firm Fixed Price Task Order (TO) under the Pilot and Aircrew Curriculum Revision and Maintenance (PACRM) Small Business Set-aside Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) to meet the Navy Helo Revision and Maintenance requirements.

Work Details
The specific requirements of this Task Order are identified in Attachment (1) - Performance Work Statement (PWS) For Naval Aviation Helicopter Training Program Curriculum Revision and Maintenance. The structure and line items of Section B will be based on the data from the Section J, Attachment 2- Price Breakout Worksheet (PBW).
The task order Period of Performance includes a base period of eleven months (inclusive of two-month mobilization), four twelve-month options, and one one-month option. The supplies/services will be inspected/accepted at CLIN INSPECT AT INSPECT BY ACCEPT AT ACCEPT BY 0001 Destination Government Destination Government.
The task order Period of Performance is provided in the following table:
MOBILIZATION 1 Lot 01 Dec 2024 – 31 Jan 2025,
BASE PERIOD 09 Months 01 Feb 2025 – 31 Oct 2025,
OPTION PERIODS 12 Months each from Nov 2025 to Nov 2029,
and OPTION PERIOD 5 for 01 Month from Nov 2029 – 30 Nov 2029.

Period of Performance
Base period of eleven months (inclusive of two-month mobilization), four twelve-month options, and one one-month option.
