Packing/Moving Leavenworth CMOP to Shawnee Facility

Background
The solicitation is for the relocation of excess items from the Leavenworth VA Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) to the new Shawnee CMOP facility in Kansas. The excess items include shelving pieces, brackets, hardware, a 'Lazy Susan' pallet platform, and a pallet of excess printers. Work Details
The contractor is required to relocate the excess items from the current Leavenworth CMOP facility to the new Shawnee CMOP facility. This includes palletizing, banding, and wrapping approximately 300-400 sections of shelving pieces, brackets, and hardware. Additionally, the contractor must relocate a 'Lazy Susan' pallet platform and a pallet of excess printers to the storage room at the Shawnee CMOP facility. The contractor will need to conduct the palletizing and preparation of shelving on a non-production day, likely a Saturday. A site visit is scheduled for interested vendors to view the items at both locations to ensure accurate information for bidding. Vendors attending the site visit must provide valid identification and wear closed-toe footwear.

The period of performance for this contract is from November 29th, 2023 to December 10th, 2023.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at two locations: Leavenworth CMOP - 5000 S 13th Street Leavenworth, KS 66048 and Shawnee CMOP - 23501 W 84th Street Shawnee, KS 66227.
