Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the Pacific Air Force (PACAF) Chief of Staff (CSF) Program Management Office (PMO), requires professional support and assistance to provide high-quality oversight for contract execution and program management related to multiple repair phases at the headquarters facility, Building 1102, located on the PACAF Campus and within the PACAF Area of Responsibility (AOR). This contract action aims to ensure that the HQ PACAF CSF Director receives the necessary qualified assistance.

Work Details
The contract will provide professional support through contractors based at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), with potential travel throughout the PACAF AOR. The work scope includes oversight for contract execution and program management of multiple repair phases. The current contractor, BB&E, Inc., is performing similar work under a GSA awarded contract via the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business Pool. The new contract will have an estimated total value of $26,299,234.23 over its base and option years, which extends from 28 November 2025 to 27 November 2035. Additionally, there is a provision to extend this period by six months if fully exercised, with an estimated value of $1,596,019.36.

The expected Period of Performance ranges from 28 November 2025 to 27 November 2035 for the base and option years, with a potential extension from 28 November 2035 to 27 May 2036 if fully exercised.
