Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Atlantic is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the construction of Phase 4 Family Housing at Villaggio, Vicenza, Italy. This project aims to provide housing for Army families and is part of the agency's mission to support military personnel and their families by ensuring adequate living conditions. The procurement will be conducted on an unrestricted, full and open basis.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the construction of up to 107 family housing units, which consists of 87 Junior Enlisted Family Housing Quarters, 2 General/Flag officer quarters, and 18 key and essential officer units.

The new housing will comprise townhouses, apartments, and single-family detached residences with private entrances. Each unit will include living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, storage spaces, and parking facilities. Additionally, the project involves the demolition of existing housing units and associated infrastructure. New infrastructure will also be constructed to support the new facilities, including a recreation pavilion structure.

Period of Performance
Approximately 800 days after notice to proceed.
