Background
The contract is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic for the construction of Army family housing at Villaggio, Vicenza, Italy. The project aims to provide up to 107 family housing units, including townhouses, apartments, and single-family residences, along with supporting infrastructure.

The goal is to comply with LEED for Homes Silver standards and relevant U.S. and Italian laws.

3. Demolition and disposal of Asbestos-containing Sanitary Sewer Piping, with specific pricing for removal and disposal of 200 meters of ACM sanitary sewer pipe included in the base bid.
