Background
The contract is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) for the construction of missile magazines at Naval Station Rota, Spain. The mission of NAVFAC is to provide facilities support for the U.S. Navy and other Department of Defense activities. The goal of this contract is to construct missile storage facilities that meet specific military standards and requirements.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the following tasks:
- Construction of Missile Magazine No. 3398, complete to the 1.5-meter line outside the building, in accordance with provided drawings and specifications.
- Construction of Missile Magazine No. 3399, complete to the 1.5-meter line outside the building, in accordance with provided drawings and specifications.
- Construction of an Ammunition Rework and Overhaul Shop (AROS), complete to the 1.5-meter line outside the building, in accordance with provided drawings and specifications.
- Construction of a Recycling Material Warehouse, complete to the 1.5-meter line outside the building, in accordance with provided drawings and specifications.
- Demolition of the existing Recycling Facility, complete to the 1.5-meter line outside the building, in accordance with provided drawings and specifications.
- Site work for all supporting facilities outside the facility's 1.5-meter line, complete as per drawings and specifications.

Additionally, there are options for further work including:
- Option No. 1: Construction of Missile Magazine No. 3400.
- Option No. 2: Construction of Missile Magazine No. 3401.
- Option No. 3: Handling and disposal of petroleum contaminated soil media at a permitted facility.
- Option No. 4: Provisioning for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E).
