In accordance w ith DFAR 236.204(iii), the construction magnitude of this project is estimated betw een $100,000,000 to $250,000,000.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project constructs a new two-story academic instruction facility to support the wargaming function at Marine Corps Base Quantico. The project also constructs a multi-story parking structure and a new single-story Area Distribution Node (ADN) to support the academic instruction facility along with replacement of the Cinder City Switching Station. The primary facility will be construction of a minimum 100,443 SF, low rise Georgian-style Academic Instruction Facility. The parking facility is a 132,116 SF multi-story, pre-cast concrete structure, with auger cast pile foundations and floors. The 1,650 SF Area Distribution Node (ADN) will be part of the installation communication distribution system providing capabilities for voice, video and data.
