Background
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Federal Lands Highway Division (FLH) requires support and maintenance on Oracle’s Primavera Enterprise (P6) project management software system. The contract involves providing services to the FHWA, FLH, and the goal is to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the P6 system.

Work Details
The tasks include providing P6 Scheduling Services and Support, as outlined in the attached Request for Proposal and attachments. The work involves various sections such as the Schedule, Contract Clauses, List of Documents, Exhibits and Other Attachments, Representations and Instructions, Evaluation Factors for Award, ID/IQ Minimum and Maximum Contract Amounts, 5-Year Rate Table, Task Order Procedures, Work Performance Hours, Federal Holidays and Closures, Contractor Supervision, Agency Task Order Ombudsman, Protection of Information, Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12), Post Award Evaluation of Contractor Performance, Government Furnished or Contractor Acquired Property.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a 5-year period with specific rates for each year. The performance period is outlined as Year 1 (July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024) through Year 5 (July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028).

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at three different locations: Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division office in Ashburn, VA; Central Federal Lands Highway Division office in Lakewood, CO; Western Federal Lands Highway Division office in Vancouver, WA.
