Background

The goal of this contract is to construct the P325 Human Performance Training Center at JEB Fort Story, Little Creek, Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Work Details
The scope of work includes construction tasks related to the P325 Human Performance Training Center. Offerors are required to provide a 'Technical Approach Narrative' that describes their technical solution to meet project requirements. This narrative must address major elements of work, demonstrate understanding of the scope, phases, major milestones, technical complexities, and construction schedule.

- Management and coordination of simultaneous construction activities with multiple disciplines;
- Construction strategy for working in a confined site;
