Background
This procurement is being solicited by the government on an unrestricted basis with full and open competition. The goal of this contract is to award a Design-Bid Build (DBB) Fixed Price (FP) contract for the construction of an Engineering Test Facility (ETF) for the Trident II Life Extension 2 (D5LE2) system, aimed at modernizing and consolidating the mission into a single facility located at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) in Florida.

Work Details
The primary task under this contract involves the construction of the P103 NOTU Engineering Test Facility at Cape Canaveral, FL. The work includes:
- Constructing the P103 Test Facility as a Firm Fixed Price project.
- Award Fee structure included as part of the project.
- All work must be performed in accordance with specified drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
- The contractor will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction including site preparation, building construction, and any necessary infrastructure improvements.
- Additional requirements include experience with large-scale land development, construction of wet and dry retention ponds, large industrial facilities with long clear spans, and maintaining controlled humidity environments.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is anticipated to span approximately 848 days after contract award.
