Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the demolition and removal of cabins and trailers at Lake Mead National Recreation Area, which spans across Nevada and Arizona. The goal of this contract is to safely abate asbestos and demolish structures that are no longer in use, thereby supporting the agency's mission to preserve natural and cultural resources while providing recreational opportunities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Asbestos Abatement: Properly identify, manage, and remove asbestos-containing materials from the cabins and trailers.

2. Demolition of Cabins and Trailers: Safely demolish the identified structures, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
