The Service Provider shall provide training that supports advancing jet aircraft engine knowledge for new, journeyman, and lead propulsion civilian and military personnel. The Service Provider shall provide learning solutions which include learning strategy and analysis, learning evaluation, learning architecture, courseware design and development, learning technology, simulation and training equipment in support of on-the-job training. The Service Provider shall provide instructional designers, instructors, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver the curriculum and courses developed. Courses shall cover a range of subject areas that are applicable to the AirForce propulsion workforce. The Service Provider shall support WPAFB and Tinker AFB, tenant units, and GSU customers with specialized training applications to meet the requirements of AFI36-2201 - Air Force Training Program.

Background
The United States Air Force (USAF), through the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Propulsion Directorate (LP), is responsible for delivering innovative and effective propulsion solutions for the USAF and partner nations.

The P-CORE Follow-On Training Contract aims to bridge academic knowledge with practical skills specific to aircraft jet engines, providing ongoing education and training to both civilian and military personnel in the propulsion workforce.

Work Details
The Service Provider shall deliver comprehensive training solutions that include: learning strategy and analysis, learning evaluation, learning architecture, courseware design and development, learning technology, simulation and training equipment for on-the-job training.

They will provide instructional designers, instructors, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver courses covering various subject areas relevant to the propulsion workforce. The Service Provider will also support training administration, customer service, processing of training requests, and all activities related to executing training for AFLCMC/LP personnel.

Additionally, they are responsible for providing necessary equipment, tools, materials, and supplies as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for WPAFB and TAFB. All services must adhere to commercial industry standards unless specified otherwise. The Service Provider will develop training recommendations addressing specific aviation concerns or knowledge gaps within the propulsion field.

Period of Performance
The contract has an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) ordering period of five years.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), tenant units, geographically separated units (GSU), or other locations as coordinated with the Government.
