Blm Elko District Fence Removal - 2025

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Elko District is issuing a contract for the removal of approximately 37,795 linear feet of fence in two different locations within Elko County, Nevada. The goal of this contract is to facilitate the removal of outdated or unnecessary fencing as part of BLM's land management efforts. This project is categorized as a service requirement under the Service Contract Labor Standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove all fence wire, steel fence posts, and miscellaneous materials associated with the fence removal. Specific tasks include:
- Removal of approximately 37,795 linear feet of fencing in two designated locations.
- Return of Steel T-Posts and Easy Panel Braces to the BLM Elko District.
- Disposal of all other materials removed from the site, which will become the property of the contractor.

The work must comply with environmental considerations and cultural resource protections as outlined in the Statement of Work.
