Background
The project consists of the construction of Army family housing located in Villaggio Housing Area at Vicenza, Italy; which includes construction of up to a total of 130 dwellings and demolition of 60 housing units. The project will include demolition of existing facilities. The project is designed to comply with LEED for Homes Silver, United States and Italian laws and standards.

Work Details
The work includes the construction of 106 Housing Units (Apartment Buildings 27100, 27200, 27300, 28200, 28400, 28500, 29200, 29300 and Townhome Buildings 27505/27510/27515/27520/27525/27530/27535/27540/27545/27550/27560/27565/27570,28105/28110/28115/28120/28125/28130/28135/28140/28305/38310/28315/28320) at Villaggio complete to the 1.5 meter line outside of the building. It also includes site work at Villaggio, including demolition of existing structures and site work outside the 1.5 meter line.

Period of Performance
The contract completion time for P-91331 is 800 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
