Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) undefinitized contract action for materials necessary to support the production and delivery of eighteen (18) APY-10 Radar Systems. This acquisition was conducted on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.". This effort is covered under the Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) number 25-055.
