On 26 September 2023, Naval Air Systems Command, 47123 Buse Road, Bldg 2272, Patuxent River, MD 20670 issued a $60,780,000.00 (inclusive of options) sole-source contract (N0001923C0051) to CFM International, 6440 Aviation Way, West Chester, OH 45069, procuring the following:

1. Three (3) new CFM56-7B27AE core engines, including Engine with Sermetel-Coated HPC Case, Cover, Stand and Cradle set, for the P-8A Poseidon aircraft

2. One (1) new CFM56-7B24E core engine, with Debris Monitoring System (DMS) Kit, Cover, Stand and Cradle set, for the C-40 Clipper aircraft.

The period of performance is 26 September 2023 through 31 December 2023.

Attached is a redacted version of the relevant sole source procurement justification and approval.
