P-519 X-RAY WHARF IMPROVEMENTS (BERTH 2), NAVAM BASE, GUAM (NBG)   3

Background
The acquisition is for the renovation and modernization (design-build (DB)) of Berth 2 at Naval Base, Guam to accommodate T-AKE class ships and provide shore utilities including potable water, sewer, bilge and oily wastewater treatment system, electrical power, and telecommunications. The work will include constructing a new sheet pile with king pile bulkhead system, a mooring dolphin, and mooring cleats and bollards. The area behind the new bulkhead and in front of the existing bulkhead will be filled with a cement and soil mix.
Project will perform construction dredging to the required depth at Berth 2.
