Ozark Job Order Contract (JOC)   3

Background
The solicitation is for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for the 88th Reserve Centers in the Ozark (IA and MO) Region. It is a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. The contractor is required to provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to complete each task order placed against this Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in accordance with the terms of the solicitation and resultant contract, each specific Scope of Work and the specifications referenced within.

Work Details
The Scope of Work (SOW) includes various construction tasks such as inventory taking, salvageable material identification, disposal of non-salvageable metals and construction debris, maintenance of work sites, protection of government equipment on site, trucking requirements, noise control compliance, moving of furniture and equipment, damages prevention to private or public property, traffic control responsibilities, interruption of utilities service scheduling and coordination, delivery of materials responsibilities, environmental protection compliance.
It also includes details on Government Furnished Property and Services such as facilities provision by the contractor if required at a given site and utilities provision by the government. The SOW also outlines specific tasks related to pre-ordering procedures, ordering procedures including cost proposals preparation and submission requirements, work execution requirements including coordination with facility managers and daily notifications to COR about work locations and planned activities. Additionally, it details quality control responsibilities including inspections and tests by the Contractor to ensure successful execution of a delivery order.

Period of Performance
The performance period for each task order will be identified at the task order level. The minimum guarantee for this contract is $150,000. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within calendar days after receiving award notice to proceed.

The geographic location(s) for the construction projects will be at the 88th Reserve Centers in the Ozark (IA and MO) Region.
