AMENDMENT 1: July 19, 2016
The purpose of this amendment is to make the following updates/corrections to the OPS Solicitation and attachments:
1. Remove clause 252.215-7009 Proposal Adequacy Checklist
2. Extend the proposal due date from July 27, 2016 4:00 PM to August 3, 2016 10:00 AM.
3. Post Government responses to Question/Comment Matrix
4. Post Instructions to Offerors 52.212-1 to include changes identified in the Question/Comment Matrix.
As a reminder, please submit a signed copy of the attached amendment with your proposal as an acknowledgement of the changes.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: June 27, 2016
This is the official Request For Proposal (RFP) for the Overhead Production Services effort at Hill AFB, UT.
The purpose of this contract is to provide business/management and production operations and overhead activities to Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) Maintenance Groups and 309 AMARG, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. The contractor shall supply skilled labor in support of business/management and production operations for depot maintenance to include: planners, schedulers, production support technicians, production material technicians, analysts and other similar functions, as outlined in the basic PWS and associated task orders (TO). This requirement will not include personal services or inherently governmental functions.
