The contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, mandatory parts, nonmandatory parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the overhaul of the following asset:

Quantity: 180 Minimum, 1008 Maximum (168 FMS)

The proposed contractual action will be a single award, Five (5) Year, Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a Foreign Military Sales quantity of 168. It has been determined the Government's needs cannot be met in the commercial marketplace; therefore, Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 will not be used.

This is not a Critical Safety Item. Technical data is not available to support a full and open competitive solicitation. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with contractor overhaul specifications and drawings. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. This procurement is restricted to the following approved sources: Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE Code: 78286) and GE Aviation Systems, LLC (CAGE Code: 35012).
