Background
The solicitation W58RGZ-21-B-0008 is for the overhaul of the CH-47 Shaft Assembly, Drive. The procurement is for a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and is limited to approved sources listed in the solicitation. The contract will be a 5-year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Maintenance and Overhaul (M&O) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The SHAFT ASSY, DRIVE is a Critical Safety Item (CSI), which requires strict compliance with AMCOM Regulation 702-7 Revised 19 June 2017.

Work Details
The contract includes the overhaul of the SHAFT ASSY, DRIVE for CH-47 Chinook. The NSN is 1615-01-113-0248 and the P/N is 145D3400-23. The minimum quantity set forth herein shall be obligated on the first delivery order, to be issued simultaneously with the award of the contract. Any additional quantities ordered will be priced at the Firm Fixed unit price in effect during the ordering period in which they are ordered. All ordering periods are in increments of 12 months from the date of award.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be over 5 years.

Place of Performance
The items to be overhauled are identified as input NSN: 1615-01-113-0248, P/N: 145D3400-23 and output NSN: 1615-01-113-0248, P/N: 145D3400-23. Serviceable assets shall be returned to PLANT 7047, RIC SDU.
