Overhaul of RADIATOR, GEARBOX   3

Background
The solicitation W58RGZ-26-B-0016 is issued by the Army Contracting Command-Redstone, located at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The purpose of this contract is to provide overhaul services for the RADIATOR, GEARBOX used in the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter. This effort aims to ensure that the components meet the standards of continued airworthiness as per Army Regulation 70-62. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul of the RADIATOR, GEARBOX (NSN: 1615-01-158-9514, P/N: 70361-03004-103). The estimated quantities for delivery are as follows:

- Ordering Period 1: Minimum 132 units
- Ordering Period 2: Estimated 67 units
- Ordering Period 3: Estimated 67 units
- Ordering Period 4: Estimated 66 units
- Ordering Period 5: Estimated 66 units

Additionally, there is a maximum Foreign Military Sales (FMS) quantity of 52 units. The contractor must comply with various standards including MIL-STD for military packaging and marking. A Production Verification Audit (PVA) is required within 90 days after receipt of reparables, with three assets prepared for audit. Failure to pass the PVA may result in termination for default.

Period of Performance
The contract will be a five-year Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
