Overhaul of Coast Guard 32-foot TPSB

Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is planning to issue an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract that will be 100% Set-Aside for 8(a) Small Business concerns. The goal of the contract is to provide maintenance and overhaul services for the USCG 32-foot Transportable Port Security Boat (TPSB) and its trailer, which are utilized by USCG Port Security Units (PSU). This solicitation serves as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with applicable regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Pre & Post Operational Testing/Inspection (CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001) - Quantity: 8 each per period.
2. Comprehensive Maintenance & Overhaul Services (CLINs 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, 4002) - Quantity: 8 each per period.
3. Engine Replacement (Optional) (CLINs 0003, 1003, 2003, 3003, 4003) - Quantity: 4 each per period.
4. Engine Maintenance (Optional) (CLINs 0004, 1004, 2004, 3004, 4004) - Quantity: 4 each per period.
5. Sterndrive Replacement (Optional) (CLINs 0005, 1005, 2005, 3005, 4005) - Quantity: 4 each per period.
6. Sterndrive Maintenance (Optional) (CLINs 0006, 1006, 2006, 3006, 4006) - Quantity: 4 each per period.
7. Over and Above Work (CLINs 0007, 1007, 2007, 3007, 4007) - Quantity: As needed.

Period of Performance
The contract will consist of a one-year base period from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027 and will include four one-year option periods extending through July 31, 2031.
