NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, Firm Fixed-Price requirements supply contract for Antenna Mast Tubes to The Will-Burt Company, 401 Collings BLVD, Orrville, Ohio 44667 CAGE 63682. The ordering period of this contract will include one base year and four (4) option years. The Government does not possess the entire technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer repair source The Will-Burt Company. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 336419 Other Guided Missile and Space Vehicle and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,050 employees and the product code is 1420. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements . Solicitation number W911N2-24-R-0017 will be released on or about 7 August 2024, with a closing date on or about 19 August 2024. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
