Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) CVN Industrial Repair Contracting Division is soliciting availability Small businesses capable of providing contractor services for Outward Mindset Training as described in Statement of Work .

The requirement will be solicited using small business meeting Standards set forward by GSA Contract GS-10F-099AA. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 611430. The Product Service Code is U009.

The period of performance for this requirement will be a 12 month base year period. This contract is estimated to commence in March 2023.

Responding contractors shall provide relevant capabilities as described in Statement of Work (SOW). Standard company brochures will not be reviewed. All submissions shall be in a Microsoft compatible format.

The Government will use the results of this announcement to determine whether or not to proceed with acquisition as sole source, or if full and open competitive procedures should be utilized.
