The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Outgoing Pouch Services. The goal of this contract is to provide reliable pouch services for the embassy's outgoing mail needs, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. The BPA will be awarded to the responsible company that submits an acceptable bid at the lowest price.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing Outgoing Pouch Services which include:

1. Delivering outgoing pouch services for the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
2. Managing the logistics of pouch delivery including pick-up and drop-off at designated locations.
3. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards for international mail services.
4. Providing tracking and reporting on pouch deliveries as required by the embassy.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will span five years, with specific quantities of bags to be delivered each year: Year One - 96 bags, Year Two - 99 bags, Year Three - 102 bags, Year Four - 105 bags, Year Five - 108 bags.
