Argonne National Laboratory is seeking an outdoor double-ended Substation C/D and all components and accessories as described in the attached technical specifications and drawings.

Acceptable Manufacturers: Square D, Powell, SAI Advanced Power Solutions

Please review the Instructions for Offerors for all details related to the submission of a fixed price offer and provide a response no later than July 25, 2025, 5:00pm CDT.

Background
Argonne National Laboratory is undertaking a project to replace the existing double-ended Substation C/D in Building 206. This initiative is split into two phases: Phase 1 involves the pre-purchase of the substation equipment, while Phase 2 will focus on the installation of this equipment by a contractor. The contract aims to procure an outdoor double-ended Substation C/D along with all necessary components and accessories as detailed in the provided technical specifications and drawings. Work Details

Period of Performance
