Outdoor Benches and Planters

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 4, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of providing outdoor benches and planters. This requirement aims to enhance the environment at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, aligning with their mission to provide high-quality care to veterans while integrating excellent environmental stewardship.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the removal of existing benches and planters and the installation of new ones. The project includes:
1. Removal of existing benches (qty 4) and planters (qty 17) and relocation around CMCVAMC Campus.
2. Installation of new benches and planters, which must meet specific design and quality standards:
- Rest Bench (Qty 7): 80” long, 18” seat height, backed wood bench with arms, continuous ribbon frame, surface mounted, finish in titanium metallic powder coated metal with jarrah wood seat & back.
- Generation 50 Bench (Qty 4): 72” long, traditional backed with angle arms, surface mounted, finish in titanium metallic powder coated metal with jarrah wood seat & back.
- Sorel Planters (Brand name or equal): Various sizes including 45x45x30 (Qty 3), 30x30x18 (Qty 3), etc., made from titanium metallic powder coated metal, must be surface mounted to existing hardscape.
