OTAO Records Scanning BPA

Previously posted under RFQ1666857, this announcement is now begin advertised as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The requirements remain the same. The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Oklahoma City (OKC) Field Office, Oklahoma Texas Area Office (OTAO) has a requirement for record scanning digitization to eliminate the physical storage requirement for hard copy documents, make critical information easily accessible to authorized users, regardless of geography and to comply with the Presidential Directive on Electronic Records. The OTAO File Station houses upwards of 750,000 documents that are physically stored in the file area of the OTAO compound, Oklahoma City, 73127. The Contractor shall provide digitization of existing records in multiple media types for migration into eERDMS-ECS (enterprise content management system). The media example shows that only the envelope will need scanned in this example, the media does not actually need removed from envelope.
