OSW - NGA - VISTA Software Tool Project - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW), is conducting market research to support the VISTA Software Tool Project. This initiative is aimed at enhancing and sustaining a suite of software tools utilized by the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) and Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence (ASG). The overarching goal is to improve multi-national intelligence collaboration across various security classification domains, thereby optimizing the Tasking, Collection, Processing, & Dissemination (TCPED) process and program management functions within these systems.

The solicitation calls for contractors to engage in both the maintenance and development of existing and future tools within PGI. Key tasks include sustaining and enhancing programmatic functionality tools such as the PGI Online Capabilities Roadmap tool, which manages capability business requests and provides visualization of cost, schedule, performance metrics, among others. Contractors are also expected to enhance collection management through tools like the Sensor Tasking Tool (STT), which handles collection requirements from request through satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities involve supporting general functionality tools that serve both current operations and future developments. These efforts are critical in ensuring that geospatial intelligence analysts have robust capabilities for international coordination and analysis. The selected contractor will need to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of these requirements while providing innovative solutions that align with NSG's strategic objectives.
