OSV to Service SBX

Background
The Military Sealift Command, Special Missions Program (PM2) Management Office in Norfolk, VA is seeking information on vendors' ability to provide a U.S.-flagged Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) for time charter to execute assigned tasking under commanders' guidance.

Work Details
The vessel must transport 36 sponsor/government contractor personnel and maintain sufficient stores onboard to support the crew and personnel for up to 45 days without resupply.

It should support refueling (300-500K gallons per resupply) and resupply of SBX, including stowing, transport/electrical/operational support of eight 20’ containers/TEUs, with power for three refrigeration containers.

The vessel must provide equipment stowage, messing, berthing, administrative/operational space, logistics services, and internet services for up to 36 personnel.

The contractor will independently operate all deck equipment for refueling, personnel transport via SBX furnished deck equipment, and movement of containers/TEUs on deck to facilitate transfer to and from the resupply area.

The vessel must be available for mission operations at all times when not in maintenance availability coordinated with the government/sponsor.
