The construction of the Operations Support Squadron - Aircrew Flight Equipment/ Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (OSS AFE/SERE) at Offutt Air Force Base, Omaha, NE. Construct an approximately 50,000 square foot, single story facility. The facility will include multiple warehouse type storage spaces with high density storage and traditional shelf storage, classrooms, vehicle wash bay, shipping and receiving, and customer service area. Construction to include site preparations, utility infrastructure, and parking. The selected contractor will deliver this project using a design-build (DB) project delivery method. The magnitude of the construction cost for this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
