OSD - Health Plan Support 2.0 - MRAS

The Defense Health Agency (DHA), under the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), is seeking to enhance its TRICARE program through a comprehensive support initiative known as Health Plan Innovation Support (HPIS) 2.0.
