ORO New CATS Contract Solicitation Request for Information

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Research Oversight (ORO) is seeking a contractor to provide continuous maintenance support and enhancements for the Compliance Assessment and Tracking System (CATS). CATS is a web-based application used to track research noncompliance and inform business activities within the VHA. The database and application are hosted by VA Enterprise Operations on VA-servers behind the VA firewall. The contractor will be responsible for project management, reporting requirements, technical support, resolving issues or errors with the CATS application, coordinating with VA OI&T for bug fixes or maintenance, and initiating helpdesk tickets when necessary. The contract will have a twelve-month base period with four twelve-month options, and performance is expected to begin on May 2, 2024. The work will primarily be performed at the contractor's facilities, with occasional meetings at government sites in the Washington, DC area.
