This is AMENDMENT 1 to the Solicitation entitled Orion Main Engine 80JSC02R0031 which was posted on March 19, 2020. You are notified that the following changes are made:

1) The Solicitation has been amended to update the allowable number of company representatives in Provision L.10 1852.215-77 PREPROPOSAL/PRE-BID CONFERENCE (APR 2015) paragraph (c) from "4 company representatives" to "6 company representatives." due to COVID-19 impacts

2) The call-in number for the Pre-Proposal Conference on April 2nd has been updated in the document titled "OME Preproposal Confer and One-on-One_ Information r1"

3) The OME Pre-Proposal Conference Charts have been posted
