Organizational Assessment Consulting Services (OACS)

The purpose of the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to secure Organizational Assessment Consulting Services (OACS). Focus areas include assistance with the organizational and management structure of the Agency's Business Units. The executive goals of the study are to assess how United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) can: Maximize the efficient and effective operations of all Agency's Business Units' operations. Meet the Agency goals/targets for patent quality and timeliness. Improve workforce engagement at all levels by supporting existing Agency engagement efforts by: Creating better human experiences. Exercising flexibility as well as continuously protecting human needs. Caring as much about the experience of its diverse workforce as it does about its customers. Cultivating a workforce that reflects the Nation's diversity and values. Have a strategic approach for accommodating future growth and change. All work must conform with applicable Federal Government regulations and policies, as well as other U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) supplemental regulations and policies as appropriate.
