Organic Drone Build Instruction and Sustainment Kit

Background
The Department of the Army Headquarters, 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) is initiating a contract to support the establishment of the Special Operations Robotics Detachment (SORD) under their Technical and Information Support Companies (TISCO).

This initiative is aimed at enhancing the capabilities of Special Forces Groups through the integration of robotics and unmanned aerial systems (UAS). The goal is to provide necessary equipment and training for Organic Drone Build courses within the SORD, ensuring compliance with NDAA and USSOCOM standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver one (1) Organic Drone Build (ODB) Instruction and Sustainment kit, which includes:

- Three (3) Organic Drone Build Kits:
- 8 Beginner DIY FPV Drone Kit QAV-S
- 8 1-8S Lipo Battery Volt Tester
- 8 Lumenier N2O Feather-Lite 1550 mAh 6S - 3 pack Bundle
- 8 Gemfan Hurricane Durable 51477 3-Blade Propeller (Set of 4)
- Additional items including various batteries, chargers, antennas, and tools.

- One (1) Bench Stock Kit:
- Includes items such as CNHL Speedy Pizza Drones LiPo Batteries, propellers, receivers, and more.

- One (1) Fabrication Kit:
- Contains advanced equipment including Bambu Lab 3D printers, various filaments, and tools for fabrication.

All kits will come with a warranty of twelve months. The equipment will be delivered to the command subordinate unit specified in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is upon Notice to Proceed and shall not exceed six months. Incremental deliveries are scheduled to begin within 60 days after award and must be completed no later than 180 days from the award date.
