Background
The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Information Management and Information Technology (IT) Directorate has a requirement for brand name Oracle Java Standard Edition (Java SE) subscriptions which include user desktop, server licensing support. The solicitation is an Unrestricted, Open Market, Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Oracle Java SE Universal Subscriptions Named User and Oracle Java SE Processor Subscriptions. The DTRA Contracting Office intends to award a firm-fixed price contract based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote submitted.
